  8. miles away from any action, "Dutch" Reagan took Western Union
  9. reports of ball games and added his own verbal embellishments
  10. for a crackling play-by-play. Ronald Reagan, 78, will be back
  11. at the sports mike next week, but from on the scene. The former
  12. First Fan will provide commentary for one inning during NBC's
  13. telecast of the July 11 All-Star game. After his labors in the
  14. broadcast booth, he has requested compensation: an ice-cold
  15. drink and a hot dog.
